Read Me - NetResults Tracker 6.0.0 Patch A
These are the Release Notes for Patch A for NetResults Tracker version 6.0.0. Please review the information below and contact NetResults Technical Support with any questions you have before applying the patch.
Reason for the Patch
This patch fixes the following defects in release 6.0.0.
PRN 4406 | When using the Add Items operation to set a Link field value, records which have been soft deleted are displayed in the selection list. This fix removes them from the list of records which are displayed. |
PRN 4410 | Use of Link fields in the Knowledge Base Result page can result in a System Error for some searches. |
PRN 4411 | When using Link fields with a case-sensitive SQL Server database, a System Error may be displayed when setting (adding items to) a link field. |
PRN 4413 | If you (a) have a RelNum field as a Required Task Field, (b) the second, third or fourth release number digit (item) has a larger total number of items than the first, and (c) you have selected a value for the second, third, or fourth digit which is displayed lower in the list than the last item in the first digit, a JavaScript error may be displayed. |
PRN 4414 | The focus does not always work properly when a RelNum field is used as a Required Task Field. |
PRN 4417 | When using a case-sensitive SQL Server 2005 database, a System Error may be displayed when adding a RelNum field to a Form. |
PRN 4426 | The Task Records in State(s) privilege is not working correctly (it is ignored), when used in combination with the Task Assigned Records privilege. |
PRN 4427 | The Value is Public property is not enforced for the Submit Page. This applies to both Pulldown and RelNum fields. All values (items) are displayed rather than just those with the Public property. |
PRN 4430 | When sorting a text report (Saved Query) by a RelNum field, only the first digit in the RelNum field is used. The value of the second, third, and fourth digits are ignored. |
PRN 4432 | If a Saved Chart (Metric) (a) has an Input Filter value other than <All Records>, (b) the Input Filter (Saved Query) makes a reference to the History Pulldown (Product), Assignee or Status field, (c) the Saved Chart is a trend (historical) Metric, and (d) the Input Filter (Saved Query) does not explicitly reference the Deleted field (this can happen if the Deleted field is invisible for the User Group associated with the Saved Query), then a System Error may be displayed when the Saved Chart is run. |
PRN 4435 | Outgoing Email Rules which use a State Group in their Condition are not triggered (no email is sent even if the condition is met). |
