On-Demand Hosted Service
NetResults Tracker Online is an ASP hosted offering of NetResults Tracker. Just like NetResults Tracker, there are two versions:
- NetResults Tracker Standard Edition (NRT-SE) Online
- NetResults Tracker Enterprise Edition (NRT-EE) Online
They are available through monthly subscription and are priced based on the number of user accounts you subscribe to. A subscription includes:
- Full use of NetResults Tracker Standard or Enterprise Edition features (except for source code integration)
- Automatic updates at no extra cost
- Automatic data backup
- Product support at no extra cost
The prices per user account are:

* Support Customer (Restricted) Accounts are intended for your support and helpdesk customers who need only limited functionality, such as reporting issues, checking status on issues they have reported, and running text reports (Saved Queries) on the Home page to view summaries of issues they have reported. See the Help section which explains the features that are (and are not) available to Restricted users. More information on accounts for your customers and partners.

With your subscription, your credit card is billed at the beginning of each monthly service period. You can cancel your subscription anytime, but no refunds will be given on the remaining unused service period.
